Mitchell Adam Ltd is seeking a proactive finance professional for an immediate-start, temporary position in Birmingham City Centre. You will report to the Finance Manager and join a large, supportive team handling daily transactional work.

This fast-paced role requires accurate data entry across sales and purchase ledgers, strong Excel skills, and clear communication with stakeholders. The role offers hybrid working with potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fast-paced transactional roles with high-volume data entry across sales and purchase ledgers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems.
• Highly organised with analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Clear processing backlogs and support a busy finance function.
• Support the team with month-end tasks and potential permanent transition.
