Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Entering purchase orders for both UK and US sites and resolving any input queries.
  • Raising customer invoices and supporting credit control.
  • Maintaining supplier and customer address book records.
  • Providing cover for travel and car hire bookings.
  • Scanning and filing delivery documents.
  • Coordinating meetings, visitor arrangements, and catering requests.
  • Supporting EV charging administration.
  • Completing general ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Job description

Butler Rose are supporting a leading organisation seeking a Finance Admin Assistant to provide key administrative and finance support to both UK and US operations. This part-time role is suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a busy environment.

The role is 25 hours per week across 5 days, and there is full flexibility regarding how those hours are worked. This is office based position.

The position is paying up to £32,000 pro rata (equivalent to £21,333.33 for 25 hours).

Main Responsibilities
  • Entering purchase orders for both UK (Wantage) and US (Chicago) sites and resolving any input queries
  • Raising customer invoices and supporting credit control
  • Maintaining supplier and customer address book records
  • Providing cover for travel and car hire bookings
  • Scanning and filing delivery documents
  • Coordinating meetings, visitor arrangements, and catering requests
  • Supporting EV charging administration
  • Completing general ad hoc administrative duties as required
Required Education, Qualifications & Experience
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative roles
