Job summary

Westcott Search Limited is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper in Hereford. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers, invoicing, credit control, reconciliations, VAT and general finance admin.

The role suits someone with AAT Level 3/4 or ACCA part-qualified status and strong independent work skills. You will support monthly reporting, manage cash flows, and liaise with suppliers, customers, and advisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and finance administration.
• Familiar with VAT, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Proficient with Sage Online or Xero and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
• Process invoices and manage purchases/sales ledgers.
• Run credit control, payables/receivables, and VAT returns.
