Job summary

Neos Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Site / Project Engineer for a major Devon construction project. The role is primarily site-based, supporting the Site Manager and engineering team to drive works to completion, with emphasis on inspections, ITPs and quality control.

The candidate should bring hands-on site experience across live construction, strong documentation skills and proficiency with tablets for digital reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous site-based engineering or construction experience.
• Experience with ITPs, inspections, QA/QC or quality documentation.
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good IT skills, particularly Excel and general documentation.
• Experience with tablets/iPads and digital site reporting would be beneficial.
• Willingness to work on site rather than purely office-based.

Responsibilities

• Site engineering, quality, inspections, ITPs, snagging and project documentation.
• Chasing and closing out outstanding information and documentation from contractors and site teams.
• Work closely with Site Manager and contractors to keep completion activities moving.
• Ensure works are completed to required quality and project standards.
