Job summary

Production (Filling) Operative at Müller’s Minsterley site. Responsible for operating and running designated filling lines, delivering daily production targets, and maintaining GMP standards. Permanent, full-time role with 4 on/4 off 12-hour shifts (days and nights).

Salary £32,011 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have experience managing production lines, problem solving, fault finding in a food manufacturing setting, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production lines in a food manufacturing environment.
• High level of attention to detail and quality standards.
• Strong problem solving and fault-finding abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports to deliver the daily production plan for the line during shift.
• Operates plant/equipment and carries out routine basic maintenance.
• Achieves daily KPI targets and ensures GMP standards are met.
• Ensures availability of materials and packaging and effective handovers between shifts.
• Monitors product quality and takes corrective action for non-conformances.
• Trains operators and promotes safe working practices with a focus on site policies.
