Job summary

Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser to visit stores nationwide and uphold premium visual standards. You will drive store layouts, mannequin styling, and seasonal planning while communicating effectively with store teams.

Travelling across North West stores, you will coach teams, identify opportunities, and support new openings under the broader Visual Merchandising team, shaping how customers experience our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium visual merchandising, including windows and layouts.
• Background in large store or field visual merchandising roles.
• Strong leadership and the ability to motivate teams.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to apply brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out visual merchandising activities in stores following pre-planned agendas.
• Identify commercial and visual opportunities during store visits and feedback to management.
• Contribute to regional visual merchandising strategy and seasonal layouts.
• Coach and upskill store teams through workshops and hands-on training.
• Plan and support new store openings and enhancement projects with the VM team.
