Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a Digital Learning Content Creator to develop engaging video content for our in‑house Learning & Development team. You will plan shoots, film on location across the UK, and edit content that supports colleagues’ learning and communications.

In addition to video production, you’ll create learning resources, maintain digital content, and assist users of our learning platforms, helping us continually improve engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Portfolio/showreel or examples of work.
• Strong communication skills with others.
• Creativity and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Interest in storytelling and visual communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate video projects from concept to delivery.
• Film content across stores, distribution centres and offices in the UK.
• Support filming with colleagues to produce engaging content.
• Edit footage into high‑quality learning and communication videos.
• Create graphics, captions, animations and visual assets.
• Organise video asset libraries and project files.
• Produce supporting learning materials and digital content.
• Review content against business needs and learning objectives.
• Apply design, learning and branding principles to content.
• Test with users, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
• Maintain digital learning resources and provide user support.
• Assist colleagues with learning systems and resources access.
