Comex 2000 is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead safe, efficient field‑based telecoms projects across the UK. You’ll translate plans into on‑site results, coordinating teams, managing risks, and delivering work on time and to client standards.

Reporting to the delivery leadership, you’ll drive performance on safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience while mentoring multi‑skilled crews and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in field operations or telecoms delivery.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of NRSWA and SSHEQ requirements.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field issues.
• Familiarity with operational reporting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of civils construction techniques and reinstatement standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage project milestones, resources, risks, and reporting.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and keep delivery on track.
• Champion SSHEQ standards and promote safety culture.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Coach and develop teams to sustain high performance.
