Job Title: Field Technician (Previous Relevant Experience Required) - Doncaster

We are seeking experienced IT Field Engineers to join our team in Doncaster. Candidates must be eligible for a UK work permit and be willing to travel to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with equipment installation following contract manuals and procedural standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to senior engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Managing daily incident reviews and workflow to resolve open issues.
• Ideally, possessing IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products.
