Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and to contribute to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

We want to hear from you if you have:

Demonstrable experience of:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using latest issue contract manuals and procedural documents to required standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical break/fix support for customer-installed solutions.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
• Reviewing daily open incidents for your region and managing your workflow to close out incidents.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of working on network infrastructure products / PCs.
