Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector customers and plays a part in keeping the country safe and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you:

• Have demonstrable experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents to the required standards of quality and time, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Can provide technical break/fix support for installed solutions.
• Can escalate issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
• Review open incidents daily for your region, actively manage your workflow and utilization to close incidents.
• Ideally have IP experience and knowledge of working on network infrastructure products / PCs.
