Job summary

A global organization in energy systems seeks a Technical Support & Commissioning Engineer in the West Midlands to provide technical support, develop customer applications, and conduct training. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
• Solid knowledge of gensets and synchronization.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical support for configurable controllers.
• Collaborate with engineers to design customer application solutions.
• Support training sessions to promote knowledge sharing.
• Work with Sales and Engineering to resolve customer issues.
