We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Analyst - Windows operating system to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland (GB-NIR), United Kingdom (GB).

Onsite IT Support Analyst

Location: Belfast, UK

Overview: Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as the company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Review, troubleshoot, and approve operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
2. Install, maintain, and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites.
3. Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
4. Perform maintenance and repair services.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configurations impacting product performance.
6. Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of systems.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and work experience.
• Proficient in Windows operating system environment; knowledge of Linux/Unix may be required.
• Strong customer interaction skills.
• A+ desktop certification or equivalent; additional hardware certifications may be required.
