Onsite IT Support Analyst

Location: Belfast, UK

Overview

Responsible for on-site and remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.

Responsibilities

1. Review, troubleshoot, and approve the operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
2. Install, maintain, and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites.
3. Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
4. Perform maintenance and repair services.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configurations that impact performance.
6. Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of systems.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and work experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS; knowledge of Linux/Unix may be required.
• Strong customer interaction skills.
• A+ certification or equivalent; additional hardware certifications may be required.
