Job summary

Cosine is recruiting a Field Support Manager to work with McCormick Area Managers, leading merchandisers calling into multiple grocery accounts. Location: Warrington, WA15, covering Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester, and surrounding areas.

40 hours per week, go live 25th September, contract through 31st December 2026. You will manage and motivate the team, report to the Account Manager, and drive performance with action plans, including holidays/sickness coverage and travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Previous field management experience essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of merchandisers to achieve key performance goals.
• Reconcile and sign off on wages and expenses accurately.
• Report to the Account Manager and collaborate with clients to ensure top performance.
• Develop and implement action plans to address any shortfalls in team results.
• Foster a positive, fun, and rewarding team environment.
• Step in to cover holidays or sickness within the team, ensuring schedules run smoothly.
