Qualifications
- 2+ years in structural inspections or defect diagnosis.
- Experience with building pathology and structural damage mechanisms.
- Experience with insurance-related surveys advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and membership/working towards professional bodies encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Undertake structural inspections across various building types.
- Diagnose defects such as subsidence, movement, fire and storm damage.
- Produce live digital on-site reports for clients.
- Provide remedial specifications and technical recommendations.
- Manage insurance claim reporting processes and liaise with insurers.
