Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in structural inspections/defect diagnosis.
- Knowledge of building pathology and damage mechanisms.
- Experience with insurance-related surveys (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Carry out structural inspections across residential, commercial and heritage buildings.
- Diagnose defects such as subsidence, movement, fire and storm damage.
- Produce live digital on-site reports with accuracy and speed.
- Provide remedial specifications and technical recommendations.
- Support insurance claim reporting processes with insurers and clients.
