Arcus FM Limited in Stevenage is seeking a Mobile Stock & Inventory Coordinator to support the national van stock and equipment processes for new starters and leavers. You will help colleagues get what they need quickly while improving stock control and asset records.

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience across operations, stock control, and systems, with clear learning support and opportunities to grow within a busy national field operation.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the national van stock and equipment process for new starters and leavers.
• Manage stock movements, equipment records, and asset compliance.
• Oversee national tool, PPE, and equipment management processes.
• Maintain records of stock and assets across business systems.
• Manage Trade Card and Purchase Card processes for starters and leavers.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock availability and efficiency.
• Work with Finance, Fleet, and Operational teams to resolve stock queries.
