Job summary

Adler and Allan Group is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to install, maintain and calibrate PAL monitors across Yorkshire. You will work independently, manage your daily schedule and deliver excellent customer service.

The role involves on-site diagnostics, operating company vehicles, and adhering to Health & Safety and RAMS. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel are required.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar technical field role.
Confident working alone and organising workload.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
Skilled with hand tools and equipment installation.
Positive, professional and proactive attitude.
Knowledge of water/wastewater industry preferred.
Full clean UK driving licence and flexible to travel.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain PAL monitor devices on customer sites.
Diagnose issues and resolve them on site.
Work independently and manage daily schedule.
Engage with customers professionally.
Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
Follow Health & Safety and RAMS requirements.
Support wider team needs when required.
