Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar role – conducting on-site maintenance.
• Experience of working in a similar role, carrying out planned and reactive services on customers' sites.

Responsabilités

• Conduct planned and reactive on-site servicing using company checklists.
• Install ECI products on customer sites.
• Plan and book servicing work to meet customer expectations.
• Develop collaborative working relationships with the service team and customers.

Connaissances

Customer Service knowledge and experience

Proficient use of tablets and Microsoft Outlook

Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety sectors
