Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform warranty and paid repairs, deliver on-site training to staff and customers, and support UK sales teams. This home-based role covers a wide geographic area across Ipswich/Suffolk and beyond; driving is essential.

ACS qualified gas engineer with strong technical, communication and relational skills is required, along with a detail-oriented, adaptable work style suitable for customer-facing field work.

Qualifications

• ACS qualified gas engineer (CCN1/CENWAT) required.
• Proven technical expertise in field service environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in field service operations is advantageous.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll be responsible for performing warranty and paid repairs, providing product training to employees and customers, and supporting the sales team in growing their UK sales. We offer a \"home\" position, starting and ending the day at your location, covering a wide geographic area and covering customer properties. Driving skills are essential for this role

As a Field Service Technician, You'll Be Responsible For

• Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns

• Deliver best in class Customer Service on-site in residential properties

To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have

• ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)


• Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience

• Have a confident and adaptable work style

• Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients

Pay Range

The annual base salary for this position is £44,761 Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to call out payments and overtime.
