Position Summary

Salary: £27,250 + £1,300 shift allowance

Location: North London

We are recruiting Field Service Technicians to service customer sites around North London. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of betting and gaming terminals, ensuring high service standards, and providing customer training and support.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure high standards in shop installations.
2. Coordinate equipment removal from customer premises.
3. Maintain good customer relationships, provide operating procedures, and update on new software/hardware.
4. Perform shop visits and preventive maintenance.
5. Log concerns, incidents, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good time management and target-oriented work ethic.
• Full UK driving license.
• Relevant qualifications or experience, preferably in gaming, electronics, or IT.
