Job summary

Linde Material Handling is recruiting a Team Leader for the Grimsby area to steer the day-to-day engineering operations and ensure a high quality customer experience across the DN/LN patch.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, diagnose and rectify faults on forklift trucks and other material handling equipment, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records using IT systems. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of leadership experience in an engineering team.
• Experience with forklift trucks or material handling equipment is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose faults and plan maintenance.
• Good IT literacy and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the engineering team within the designated area.
• Diagnose and rectify faults on forklifts and related equipment.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and service visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and orders.
