Qualifications

• Experience managing site based Engineers in a Field Service Manager Role.
• Ability to deliver to tight service level agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide Field Engineers to meet maintenance contract specifications.
• Plan efficient use of resources including labour and materials.
• Conduct performance evaluations of staff regularly.
• Develop systems to improve reliability and maintainability of assets.
• Ensure detailed handover at the beginning/end of shift.
