Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Supervisor to oversee high-value pump projects for major clients. The role is 50% hands-on, 50% leadership, managing a four-person Pump Engineer team and staying technically involved on site.

You will spend around 90% of your time at client sites with no regular overnight stays, covering from London to Chester and commutable to West Brom. A solid engineering background and proven supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in pump engineering is required.
• Must hold engineering qualification.
• Strong supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent customer-facing and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving license is required.

Responsibilities

Job Title - Field Service Supervisor

Location - Must be commutable to West Brom but covering from London to Chester

Salary: £39,000 - £44,000

Shift: Monday to Friday - Office Hours

Job Role:

We're recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / Pump Engineer to join a specialist engineering business, overseeing high-value pump projects for major clients. This is a 50% hands-on / 50% leadership role, managing a team of four Pump Engineers while remaining technically involved on site. Around 90% of your time will be spent at client sites, with no regular overnight stays.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Field Service Supervisor:

• Pump Engineering Experience

Essential requirements of Field Service Supervisor:

• Engineering Qualification
• Previous supervisory/ leadership experience
• Strong customer-facing and organisational skills.
• Need to hold a Full UK driving license.

Desirable Requirements of Field Service Supervisor:

• Hold a Water Hygiene accreditiation/qualification
• Previously have worked as a Field Service Engineer/Field Pump Engineer
