Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service, scheduling or customer service role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and allocate work to Field Service Engineers.
• Manage engineer workloads, holidays and sickness reporting.
• Keep customers informed on the progress of repairs.
• Raise service job cards and process completed jobs for invoicing.
• Order parts and monitor work in progress.
• Support the Depot Manager and liaise with internal departments.
• Complete general administration and reporting.
