Field Service Manager – Technical Engineering Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid/Office-Based)
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + 10% Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance
Team: Manage 11–13 National Field Service Engineers

We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our UK-wide team of engineers. Our company is a major global player in the process equipment and machinery, for a variety of industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, dairy, food, beverage, oil & gas and many more. This is a critical leadership role focused on service excellence, operational coordination, and technical support.
