Job summary

Shape Technologies Group is seeking an Aftersales & Service Engineer UK to perform service work including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on customer sites. Ideal candidates will possess a technical education in mechanics or electronics and excellent communication skills.

The role offers a fully expensed company vehicle, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment in an international team.

Qualifications

• Technical education in the field of mechanics and/or electronics.
• Electrical qualification preferred but not essential.
• Practical knowledge in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering.

Responsibilities

• Service work, including preventative maintenance, inspections, and installations.
• Troubleshoot, fix, and report machine failures on-site and remotely.
• Provide technical support to minimize customer downtime.

Skills

Technical education in mechanics and/or electronics

Practical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic engineering

Customer orientation

Good organizational skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office

Good written and oral communication skills

Flexibility in location and willingness to travel

Driving license

Good command of English
