Job summary
Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our service team. You will service water treatment systems at customers' sites, perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure optimum performance.
You'll travel to client locations, maintain records, and deliver outstanding customer service. A full driving licence and practical DIY skills are essential; full training is provided with opportunities for progression and professional development.
Qualifications
- Full, valid UK driving licence (max 6 points) is required.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
- Handle installation and troubleshooting at clients' locations.
- Oversee service schedules to minimise downtime for customers.
- Keep precise records of service visits and reports.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver excellent service.
- Weekly visits to Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.
