Job summary

AGS Tech Ltd. is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to cover warden call and door entry systems across customer sites in West Yorkshire. You will service, fault-find, and install equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong technical skills, and a full UK driving licence. A varied workload and opportunities to progress support life-safety systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with warden call and/or door entry systems.
• Installation experience.
• Strong fault-finding and technical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, fault-finding, and installations on warden call and door entry systems.
• Cover multiple sites within the West Yorkshire region.
• Provide proactive customer support and on-site problem solving.
