Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Vehicles) in the Birmingham area to service and repair waste collection vehicles across the South of England. The role offers a 40,000–45,000 base salary with overtime, training, progression, a company van, door-to-door pay, and a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

You will fault-find electrical systems, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Are you a Field Service Engineer from a background working on vehicles, looking to join a thriving company in a days-based role with plenty of optional overtime to significantly boost your earnings?

In this role you will be repairing and servicing specialist waste collection vehicles within the south of England paid door to door. You will fault-find electrical systems, identify root causes and implement solutions

Established over 70 years ago, this industry leading company have ambitious plans to expand their workforce to increase their client base and portfolio. This company design and manufacture specialist waste collection vehicles, including compaction and non-compaction vehicles.

This role would suit a Service Engineer with experience working on vehicles, looking for training and progression opportunities.

The Role:
