Job summary

GTS Group Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer (On-Vehicle) to service CCTV, telematics, and electrical systems across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The role combines hands-on vehicle technology work with field-based autonomy and potential night work, supported by a company vehicle and ongoing training.

The successful candidate will install, diagnose, and repair vehicle-based systems, perform preventative maintenance, and liaise with internal teams to ensure service excellence

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV or security systems engineering is essential.
• Experience with vehicle telematics is desirable.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Install vehicle CCTV & driver assistance systems on a regional patch.
• Fault finding and diagnostics on vehicle electrical systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Provide on-site support for fleet and transport customers and complete job reports.
