• Experience delivering field-based equipment support across a range of machinery.
• Ability to install, test, and service equipment to high standards.
• Willingness to train customers and provide clear guidance.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and attend customer sites promptly.
• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance to required standards.
• Provide technical support via phone and on-site where needed.
• Prepare clear service reports including time and mileage within 3 working days.
• Keep stock records accurate and manage spare parts levels.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures.
• Support training and development of assembly teams when required.
