Job summary

SPT Labtech in Cambridge (UK) is expanding its service team and seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting expertise. You will perform on-site installations, preventative maintenance and repairs across the UK and Europe, with about 10-12 days of overnight travel each month, engaging with customers to deliver high-quality service.

Based in or near major airports, you will collaborate with the Service and Support Scheduler, Sales team and Field

Qualifications

• Experience with electro-mechanical and automated systems is essential.
• Desirable experience with liquid handling.
• Willingness to travel UK/Europe, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation, preventative maintenance and repair.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with clear communication.
• Travel to UK/Europe area as needed.
• Complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Field Applications Specialists.
