Qualifications

• Experience within a field-based technical/service role.
• A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 points.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing and maintaining specialist equipment (full training provided).
• Planning and managing your own workload effectively.
• Completing service paperwork accurately and on time.
• Acting as a professional representative of the business on customer sites.
• Maintaining company vehicle, tools and stock levels.
• Liaising closely with the office-based Service team.
• Undertaking overtime where possible.
• Supporting customers and resolving issues efficiently on site.
