Qualifications

• A strong background working in a field service or technical support role.
• Experience on endoscope washers, medical/lab autoclaves, sterilisation systems or washer disinfectors.
• HTM, STM or WTM qualification.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• An interest in IT.
• The ability to remain confident in customer facing environments.
