Job summary

Greggs plc in Exeter is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Engineer to join our Shop Maintenance team. You will carry out preventative, routine and emergency maintenance on equipment in our shops and help keep mechanical and electrical systems running efficiently.

The role requires an 18th Edition qualification, strong fault-finding and maintenance skills, a full UK driving licence, and flexibility for shifts. We offer a competitive salary around £50k plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition Electrician Qualification and experience in electrical work.
• Significant experience in installations, electrical repair, fault finding and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & SHE.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative, routine and emergency maintenance on equipment in our shops.
• Ensure on-site mechanical and electrical equipment is working effectively and efficiently.
• Perform regular maintenance, day-to-day repairs, electrical repairs and modifications.
• Minimise machine downtime for ~80 shops.
