Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers in South England and around London. You will install, commission, maintain and repair sensor-based sorting technologies and ensure top-notch service through excellent communication with our clients.

You will travel within a 60-mile radius of London and work with diagnostic tools and software, applying mechanical, electrical and systems knowledge to optimize performance. A valid UK driving license is required.

Qualifications

• ONC/HNC or equivalent in engineering preferred.
• Strong problem-solving with mechanical, electrical and software knowledge.
• Able to work with diagnostics tools and software.
• Customer-focused with strong communication.
• Valid UK driving license.
• Experience in recycling or industrial processing a plus.
• Located within a 60-mile radius of London.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair sensor-based sorters.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through clear communication.
