Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer to service commercial catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment across Kent and Sussex. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, carry out servicing and commissioning, and maintain strong customer relations.

The role offers 40 hours per week with overtime, a company van (personal use), door-to-door pay, industry training and progression opportunities as the business expands.

Qualifications

• F-Gas qualification is required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.

Kent / Sussex (Commutable from: Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Crowborough and surrounding areas)

Are you a Field Service Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or Catering Engineer looking for a long-term role where you can become a recognised specialist and build a career with a growing, well-established business? On offer is a permanent position with a market-leading foodservice equipment specialist, covering service, maintenance, repairs and commissioning across customer sites in Kent / Sussex. You'll be trusted to manage your own day, deliver a high first-time fix rate and represent the business in a professional, customer-focused way.

This company have secured major new contracts and are set to grow significantly over the next couple of years, making this a great time to join and develop alongside the business. You will be supported as you build product knowledge, with a clear pathway to become a Product Specialist and progress long term.

In this role you will service and repair commercial catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment, carrying out electrical and mechanical fault-finding, completing documentation, and liaising with the service centre for parts and technical support.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with F-Gas and strong fault-finding skills, looking for a secure, long-term role with autonomy, progression and the chance to become a true specialist.

The Role:

• Field service, maintenance, repair and commissioning of commercial catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding, aiming for a high first-time fix rate
• Kent / Sussex London patch with door-to-door pay
• 40 hours per week with overtime, plus 1-in-4 call out rota

The Person:

• Field Service / Service Engineer background with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding
• F-Gas qualified
• Full UK driving licence and happy with overtime / call out
