Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer / Refrigeration Engineer to join a Kent/Sussex client covering service, maintenance, repairs and commissioning of commercial catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment.

You will have strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, F-Gas qualification, and a Full UK driving licence. The role offers 40 hours per week with overtime and a 1-in-4 call-out rota, with a van provided for personal use and a fuel card.

Kent / Sussex (Commutable from: Crawley, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Crowborough and surrounding areas)

Are you a Field Service Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer or Catering Engineer looking for a long-term role where you can become a recognised specialist and build a career with a growing, well-established business? On offer is a permanent position with a market-leading foodservice equipment specialist, covering service, maintenance, repairs and commissioning across customer sites in Kent / Sussex. You'll be trusted to manage your own day, deliver a high first-time fix rate and represent the business in a professional, customer-focused way.

This company have secured major new contracts and are set to grow significantly over the next couple of years, making this a great time to join and develop alongside the business. You will be supported as you build product knowledge, with a clear pathway to become a Product Specialist and progress long term.

In this role you will service and repair commercial catering, refrigeration and coffee equipment, carrying out electrical and mechanical fault-finding, completing documentation, and liaising with the service centre for parts and technical support.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with F-Gas and strong fault-finding skills, looking for a secure, long-term role with autonomy, progression and the chance to become a true specialist.
