Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Training into Controls) to service automated packaging machinery across the UK. The role offers OEM PLC training and a clear path to becoming a Controls Engineer while earning through premium overtime and a company car or allowance.

You will cover UK regions from Birmingham area and beyond, with days-based working and occasional stayaways. A strong electro-mechanical background and willingness to travel are essential for progression

Qualifications

• Experience with Electro-Mechanical production lines.
• Willing to undergo OEM PLC training.
• Field-based role across UK.

Responsibilities

• Electro-Mechanical servicing on automated packaging machinery.
• PLC fault finding using Siemens S7.
• Days-based, Monday–Friday with occasional stayaways.
