Atlas Copco in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and troubleshoot air compressors and related equipment across Southeast UK. You will work on-site at customer sites, travel frequently, and contribute to safety-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience in industrial/mechanical/electrical roles.
• Qualified mechanical or electrical credentials, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with standard IT applications and adopting new digital tools for service management.

Responsibilities

• Represent Atlas Copco on-site with a customer-first approach.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and related equipment.
• Diagnose faults and deliver repairs with safety and efficiency.
• Log service activity and keep records using digital tools.
• Support on-call and urgent service needs as required.
• Attend live training and team sessions to keep skills current.
• Act as a brand ambassador and identify opportunities for improvement.
