Role Details: This is a home-based field service role involving ten-hour days on a 4-day on, 4-day off rotation.

Following expansion, this market-leading company seeks a technically motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer responsible for:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, service, and breakdown repair of medical systems
• Providing after-sales technical and commercial support once fully trained
• Offering the highest level of customer service, completing risk assessments, activity reports, and documentation in a highly regulated sector

Your Background - Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems

Candidates should demonstrate:

• NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC or higher in Electrical or Electronics qualification
• Experience as a service engineer or technical support engineer on electromechanical or electronics systems
• Experience in sectors such as medical systems, laboratory equipment, biomedical equipment, water purification, pharmaceutical devices, ex-forces engineering, electro-mechanical field service, water treatment, or electronics service is welcomed
• A full UK driving licence
