Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service healthcare lifting equipment across an Oxford–Guildford patch. You will perform preventative maintenance, LOLER inspections, and respond to breakdowns while training with senior engineers.

A company vehicle is provided and typical hours are 8:00–16:30, Mon–Fri, with door-to-door pay and scope for progression. Ideal candidates have experience with medical lifting equipment and hold a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with medical lifting equipment, such as hoists.
• A valid driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to learn and progress into senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance of healthcare and lifting equipment.
• Conducting LOLER inspections.
• Working as part of a team and independently.
• Further training from Senior Engineers.
• Covering a local patch.
• 8:00–16:30, Monday to Friday.
• Door-to-door pay.
