Matchtech Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Electrical to join their onsite team in Heybridge. The role involves installation, commissioning, and service of marine electrical systems, along with regular travel across the UK and potentially overseas.

The candidate should have electrical qualifications, demonstrate health and safety knowledge, and be prepared to obtain full MoD security clearance. A disciplined, proactive communicator who can work independently or as part of a team is

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years' industry experience in a similar role.
• Full MoD Security Clearance.
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Install and commission Switchboards, Power Management & Automation Systems on vessels.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs for IPMS/AMS, propulsion and power systems.
• Travel UK & ROI; potential overseas assignments.
• Provide on-call service as part of the rota; compile technical reports.
