Role Overview:

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer specializing in Life Science Robotics. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Servicing, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating advanced medical laboratory automation and life sciences robotic liquid handling systems.
• Supporting scientific products at various customer sites, including pathology labs, university research facilities, and pharmaceutical environments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing field service engineering role, ideally with high-value electronics or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Engineering, electronics, or science qualification at least ONC level.
• Applicants from diverse backgrounds including ex-forces, laboratory, scientific, robotics, life sciences, biopharmaceutical, university research, laboratory automation, or medical devices are encouraged.
