Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Field Service Engineer to be the technical backbone of our Life Science division. You will install, commission and calibrate instrumentation, with a focus on lab water purification systems at diverse client sites across the West London area.

In this role you will maintain and repair systems, diagnose issues, and provide hands-on training and support to customers. Travel is a core part of the job, and you will engage with customers to maximise system uptime and

Qualifications

Minimum HNC or equivalent in Engineering or Science.
2+ years' hands-on engineering experience.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

Install and commission instrumentation and lab water purification systems at client sites.
Perform maintenance and servicing to minimise downtime and ensure reliability.
Diagnose and repair issues quickly to minimise disruption.
Validate and calibrate equipment to industry and client standards.
Provide customer support and training to maximise system utilisation.
Travel predominantly around the West London area to service client sites.
Generate leads for hardware, consumables, and service contracts via the CRM.
