Qualifications

• HNC (or equivalent) in an Engineering or Scientific discipline.
• Strong technical background, field service or laboratory experience preferred.
• Confident problem solver with quick diagnosis and resolution.
• Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Able to travel regionally and be within 30 minutes of the patch.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Installation & commissioning of instrumentation across customer sites.
• Maintenance and servicing to maximise uptime and reliability.
• Repairs and troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Validation & calibration to meet regulatory standards.
• Customer training and ongoing support.
• Regional travel with daily engagement with customers and teams.
