Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd invites applications for an Industrial Door Engineer to join their expanding North West team. Based in Manchester, you will service and repair roller shutters and sectional doors across the region, working hands-on with in-house equipment and delivering high-quality customer support.

The role offers a structured training pathway, a modern van and tools, and a competitive package with OTE potential.

Qualifications

• Experience working on shutters, sectionals, or loading bays.
• Industry qualifications such as IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, or NVQ are desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Additional knowledge of electrics, welding, or hydraulics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, and maintain roller shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors, and loading bay equipment.
• Manage own workload across customer sites within a set postcode area.
• Work hands-on with equipment produced in-house by the company.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
• Participate in regular manufacturer training sessions.
• Support the company’s reputation and growth.
