Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Reading, United Kingdom, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair medical equipment. The role offers a salary up to £33,000, a company vehicle and a fuel card, with ongoing training and excellent benefits.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, carry out servicing and planned maintenance, support installation and commissioning, and respond to reactive call-outs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Field Engineer.
• Strong fault finding experience across Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• Confident working on breakdowns and solving problems independently.
• Some exposure to PLC fault finding is highly desirable.
• Experience with automated machinery, CNC, robotics or similar equipment.
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and working methodically.

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems.
